Following the Short Notice Inspection in September 2009, the Audit Commission has judged that our service delivery had 'more strengths than weaknesses'.

The Short Notice Inspection final report has now be published with our prospects for improvment being judged as 'promising'.

The Regenda Group have developed an improvement plan in consultation with residents to help us plug any of the gaps identified in this report and details of outcomes resulting from this will be publicised throughout the year.
